We are a highly experienced group of health professionals who design, undertake and take charge of the health and wellness of your employees.

“Health and Safety” plays an integral part in all organisations. “Safety” is generally well managed and organised, however the “Health” of each individual often takes a back seat.

That’s where CCA Wellness comes into the picture.

The benefits of a healthy workforce to an organisation are exponential. Being proactive with anyone’s health makes much better sense than waiting for that injury to occur.

Call us today to arrange a meeting and let’s see if our program could be highly beneficial to you.

Modern Office

how does it work?

1

Assessment

We will firstly conduct an in-depth needs analysis on your corporation. Our assessors will speak with your HR department and management to determine what problems you are facing and how we can best provide services to directly address your needs.

2

Program Development

Next, utilising the information provided, we will develop a program that is specifically suited to your organisation. This will include implementation strategies, the application of on-site care and any other Wellness initiatives that you require.

3

Program Implementation

This is where we seamlessly implement our on-site care program tailored to your specific needs and requirements.

WHAT MIGHT A PROGRAM LOOK LIKE?

We personalise our programs depending on your needs, but they may look like:

  • An Information session for staff
  • "On-site rounds" to fully assess individuals and observe job performance
  • Personalise job advice and guide employees to understand how they could perform a task with less effort and less chance of injury
  • On-site care
